Afrihost no longer accepting prepaid ADSL

Spoke to the service manager yesterday, He told me they are no longer accepting prepaid on ADSL accounts.
 
I asked if they accepted non CC/Direct payments on ADSL, he was quite clear no they don't.
 
Your title is very misleading ;)

They've always only accepted debit orders and cc payments, so I don't see what's changed?

Well they record all their calls, let their service manager deny that he didn't tell me they no longer do prepaid on ADSL.
 
I would never have touched Afrihost with a barge pole if it was not for all the shills on here, constantly plugging their service.

You mean they don't pay you to use their service? That's funny, they've been paying me for years and I get a bonus every time I give them a plug on this board! :D

I have absolutely no idea what you are trying to say here OutOfTheBox. In any case, as you made the accusations, it's up to you to provide evidence of said accusations. I don't see why Afrihost need to prove anything at this point.

Word of mouth recommendations do not excuse you from carrying out due diligence. In future read the terms and conditions before handing over your hard earned cash.

Delete if you will, it will only prove that this board is about protecting the chosen ISP, and not the guy on the street.

I spoke to the service manager last Friday and he said they are also no longer taking payment in the form of empty coke bottles.

But then they never really did accept that as payment either.
