May I make a list and check it twice?

Wondering if it would be legal (not nice) to list the good and bad Telkom phone operators from your experiences? (Since I know half of them by name by now).

I would like others to add to the list sothat we can see if the same names come up:)

It would also be interesting to see how long one has to wait for "a service consultant to become available".

I don't see any problems from a legal perspective... why would you think it would be illegal to do such a thing?

I suppose the purpose is to name some of the useless idiots that I've come accross at 0800 375 375 so far.

Some of them sound like they should rather stayed home to work on their Ford Cortinas. And they are so damn arrogant, sh!@$.

The Naughty List.
1) Brownyn April
His supervisor is Rene Reid and she was not avaliable, big surprise.
Lurking about at 0800 375 375
This dude has a bad attitdude, short temper and the problem solving ability of a rice cake. (Perfect for support.)

The Nice List.

No need to ask for his supervisor.
Very nice, very helpful.

This is the way Gentlemen!

I see people are starting to stand up against these useless ISP's !

Will remember this thread next time I make a Telkom call. IMO, OP should sum up all the goods and bads, as this thread may become hefty.
