Please add to the list the stuff you would like to do but cannot do or can't do too much of because of the cost of bandwidth and the stupid bit-capping by Telkom. Even the little things. As soon as you hisitate to think about the cap, mention whatever it is you wanted to do here:
1. Listen to online radio. It costs too much. Even South African online radio isn't practical anymore because we get capped locally these days.
2. No use in subscribing to services like NAPSTER or iTunes online because the costs involved in using such services to the full is astronomical.
3. Local multimedia services are as good as dead in the water. Where are the iFILMS of South Africa?
4. Even sites like quicktime.apple.com that offer good quality movie trailers are now not a good place to view content from. It litterally sets you back a couple of rands for one trailer view... Stuff people take for granted overseas.
5. Cannot play online games indefinately. It litterally costs too much to play with our rediculously priced bandwidth.
6. For the sake of preventing other people from exploiting this loophole I am mentioning PORN in MY list.
