MTN Active - From bad to worse!!!

It gets even worse! I tried logging in with both firefox and ie and in both cases appear to be in a loop.

But wait. It gets worse.

I called 1761 and the operator insisted that i have to give him my pin on order for their people to carry out tests. He was very unhappy when I told him that I did not divulge pins.

Eish.

I don't know why you can't view your billing and bundling information...

I can see everything...

I prefer MTNActive to the old slow CallQuest.

Log in and go to STATEMENT then click on UNBILLED and according to me you will see your bundle info there...

Let me know if it works for you.

I get the following when I click on STATEMENT:

No bill data found for specific account.

But don't you get the option to click on UNBILLED in the STATEMENT sub menu?

Bekdik!

Isn't your security settings too high in IE.

Maybe it's on medium-high or high... Try switching it lower IF this is the problem...

But then again, you said it worked previously...?

Sorry then Goobie...

For what it's worth... I am a brand new customer, only two weeks so far...

Can it be that the new customers were loaded on the new system by default...

It worked previously. It doesn't work in IE or FF.

As I said to Goobie, It may be the fact that I am a new customer...

Sorry, I tried to help...

But I think when MTN gets their act together you'll agree that it works better and faster than CallQuest!

Hope you're up and running soon!

;)

Now I was able to view my unbilled statement.

BUT ! to get the details of your last packet data is way stupid! It shows that I have 8 pages of info but you can only step one page at a time! The link to last page isn’t active until you work your way through all the pages you don’t wanna see! Stupid!!!

i received a SMS stating that I was automatically upgraded from CallQuest and that I should dial 1716 for more info... seems like someone made a typo. the correct number is 1761.

MTN Active has my name and address incorrrect. And I have had my number for 6 years...Lets hope they have my bank account and other details incorrect as well. This site is still Alpha quality. I would get fired if I let something loose like this on the unsuspecting public. And the MTN database looks like it is not just half baked, its totally cooked. Well done MTN...NOT!!! Another reason in the increasingly longer list of reasons to find another network...The new CellC Virgin deal could be my new hope...

Well a note for the webmaster, I can now get the page to display in FF at https://www.mtnactive.co.za/mtnsc/ and it retains my phone number and pin from the previous site and I have access to what so far looks like correct data.

Thankfully they've updated the phone book to be a simple phone and name entry!

Still don't work for me, IE or FF. Have cleared cookies.

I get Your session has timed out on their page. refresh doesn't help.

I guess they're still using some school kid to design their site.

Whoo hooo, it finally works for me too! Will have to get used to the new interface, too many clicks before I get the info I need.
