smtp.isdsl.net blacklisted

One of my clients got exactly the same thing yesterday.

Although I think that it is the client's IP address that is on the blacklist, NOT smtp.isdsl.net !!!!

So, get the user a new IP addy, and the problem should be fixed!!!

I thought that IS should whitelist their entire IP addy range and so they ALWAYS accept mail from their own users... even though someone might be blacklisted on a SPAM list...

If you look at the Information section of the report, it is not IS's Server address but other addresse in the /24 range and so they (sorbs) block the whole subnet.

I have the same issue with my ISP's private smtp server. I had to revert to using smtp.saix.net.
