Do they do full sync and audio? I've come across a few that only charge, some that can do sync to PC, but rarely do they support audio in a dock. If it works in an audio docking station I might be interested.

These ones don't have audio. But have the ones that do audio as well. Just never put them up on the thread. They R80 each. Here's a pic. 
Does it do iPod Out? I know the original Apple ones don't.
