iBurst Contracts

Hi all,

After going through the process I thought I'd share the howto

In order to cancel an iBurst contract, you have to pay the balance of the modem. iBurst accounts dept should be able to give you the balance owing on the modem.

Are you able to tell us how much of the monthly fee goes to paying off the modem? Did you have to pay a lot to cancel your contract - i.e. was the balance of your modem payment a lot? And do you keep the modem afterwards?

you keep the modem afterwards. mine was R1284 (had 11 months to go on the contract)
