Ok have found out why you can't surf to Cybersmart :p

My boss always forgets to pay for his domain name each year and we all sit without email for days :mad:
That's why it's the first place that I look for when I can't get to a site
But for a IT company that supplies web site hosting for customers to forget it sounds very bad :eek:
 
That is not the reason that their site is down. As you can see they have an IC count of 2 on that domain and you need an IC count of 3 for suspension. So that's definately not the reason. ;) Sorry to dissappoint

Their servers must be down or they're experiencing some other issues, not sure never used them bfore :p
 
It's now on count 2 for suspension bullfrog. They changed it a few months ago.

Besides I can still ping cybersmart which indicates that their domain is not dead. They must be having some other issues.
If it was up for suspension it would also make this list: http://co.za/cgi-bin/warn.sh
Or if it was already suspended this one: http://co.za/cgi-bin/warned.sh

If it was true that the IC count has changed there would be some sort of update on their site and cybersmart.co.za would make it onto one of those lists.

Let's hope it's the domain name since that's easy to fix :)
 
I know that's why I was sad to inform you that it's not the domain. Sorry but it's definately not an unpaid domain :(

I know, but I've only done this one whois lookup today, and they say i'm data mining. :confused:

BTW, I can get into the cybersmart.co.za website without problems. Maybe the problem sits with SAIX? :cool: :confused:

hrm, i wonder a once student :D i remember back then each faculty gave their own email addy to students back then.
