Had a look at my bandwith usage just now. I'm on a G3 package, yet I have 3.94GB left??? :confused: I hope iBurst didn't allocate more bandwidth to my account...... will phone them in the morning to clear things up. Could this be the start of a never-ending billing problem? :rolleyes: :(
 
GBM, you are a lucky as I only have 3,91GB left of my 3GB!!!:D :rolleyes:

This company becomes more of a joke by the hour.:eek:
 
Does this mean that they added extra bandwidth without us knowing about it? That Ed better be ready for me tomorrow.....
 
Happend to me aswell, Hmmm maybe Iburst just gave us xtra for free - Early Xmas present?? *pinch* naaa i must be dreaming.

Does not matter as if you look at your account it shows you never purchased any extra bandwidth so how can they charge you for it?:p

OMG I just checked too... I got dced from iburst after playing UT2k4 then now I check my speed is crusing!
 
Seems that this is a countrywide issue, maybe all clients having the same amount of bandwidth left? But hey, as Mr H said, how can they charge us for it if the site doesn't show any extra bandwidth purchase? ;)

Yep, mine was reset moments ago... now down to more reasonable numbers.

Based on the general downward trend of iBurst I don't think they will do the package upgrades, ever. They will rather waste money on sponsoring that "Survivor" bullsh1t :sick: than actually worrying about customers.

This is South Africa, where a customer is regarded as an enemy by business, and business is for the most part a cesspool of greed that knows no bounds.
 
No, I didn't know about the conference. Furthermore I don't go to this forum's events, particularly in light of the fact that 88,2% of this forum thinks I am a quack when I am actually right and was even told to my face by Ed Hall that I know what I am talking about.

I think not, I rather support prophecy.co.za, at least on that forum you don't get banned for telling the truth nor is the moderatorship trying to score AA/BEE brownie points!
