Been trying to access this site for the last 2 days via my Virgin sim, but no luck.

http://www.cubit.co.za/dealers/software/down.php

Tried to ping it ........ that dies with total packet loss.

Trace route dies after 1 hop.

Any insights ?

I went straight to the homepage and got in OK, then tried the one you gave there, which shows a nasty-ass page for people to download the latest versions of the files from, with MD5 sums at the bottom.

..but then I can definitely confirm, from having called the 'cop-out, prevaricate and commit to NOTHING' call-centre that GPRS access is down - and I *just* tried to get access on my phone now ..it's definitely still dead.

I'm had to reboot my ICS machine twice but the GPRS seems to be working again.

Still can't even open up the Home page.

What might it be?

Have tried it with and without GWA without any change.

I can't agree that GPRS is up; I've just tried to connect and failed, bounced my phone and tried again ..and failed. OK, as of 22:26 my phone made an attempt to connect, but it timed out before getting anywhere.

What I wanted to know was if anyone else can view this site while on Virgin ; if not I would have expanded my question in the general broadband section to see if it is network specific.

(Was gonna say something snotty here, but decided to delete it)

Also can't view www.turbocash.net , I know this is hosted abroad, but I can still access anything else.

Anyone prepared to try this that have a secondary connection ? i.e. ADSL

@bdt - The fact that you are not telling me what connection you are using is not helping.
