How does find out if they had been charged this fee. I dont have an employer and joined as a private individual, does that mean by default I was charged. I have been a member with them since 1998.

Not all do though:)

Not a nice feeling to have the wool pulled over your eyes by a large company one trusted.

If you joined as a individual member you were definitely charged the fee. All members of groups of 35 and less and individuals were charged the fee. Did you join between 2001 and 2005?

I joined in 1998.

And well done, I hope you beat these guys :)

Just a question, I dont mean anything bad by it. But if a settlement is reached, does Wynsam keep a percentage like a contigency type fee, or will 100% of the collected fees be paid back to the members.

From a personal point of view, I would have no problem if a small % was retained as this is money that would not otherwise have been refunded.

Thanks Again for a good job.

Its not our intention to keep or collect any money from the money due to members. If you look at the power of attorney you will see that we dont keep anything or reserve anything.

It not our idea to make money from this money that is owed to members.

Contact MNet, Get the Carte Blanche on the scene. They LOVE ripping med schemes a new one.

True but some times they have come across a little unfairly. The publicity would be good though.
