my latency without VPN is between 800-1000 on Talnivarr,
With VPN between 380-460.
And lets not forget those truly wonder spikes as you hit a crisis, they still pop up. Then all you can do is insult your computer or the nearest dog.

The vpn linked here - was started by one of the guild member of Dark Rage, one of the big horde guilds before BC (about 180 players). We used it for raiding. Right now it's mainly used by the guys from magna carta and natural perfection. (www.wowmagnacarta.co.za and www.naturalperfection.co.za)
I have been using it for under 2 years now. It was put together by a wow gamer to allow gamers to enjoy the game in the best possible ping from SA. The site was put up after Sallas started getting numerous request from players out side our guild environment.
All I am saying is that service is genuine and there is nothing funny about.

Have tried it this past week and I cannot honestly say it made any improvement at all.... I get the exact same speed with my unshaped account. (Once again US server) It would however work very nicely for someone on shaped/local bandwidth only account to play unshaped internationally...
Does anyone know exactly what connection it24 runs through?

Its http://www.it24.co.za actually...they do not have an A Record for http://it24.co.za which I think is kinda dumb.
I use them. My latency has gone down from 700 - 1000 ms to around 400 -600 ms
During the evenings I would sometimes even break the 300ms barrier
