Hi all,

I ordered my ADSL ages ago and was blind sided yesterday when Telkom rocked up at my doorstep. I don't even have a modem yet...

But onto my ?

What ISP do you use and how is it performing when playing WoW?

I have a 384k line for now (will upgrade later on).

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Get a prepaid WA unshaped account, no need to get a contract going unless you want to :D
Good latency and overall great service

I agree with Werries on that one...

Webafrica rocks... purely because you can switch between networks. If SAIX is sucky (which lately it has been again), you can just add a .v behind your username and log onto the Verizon backbone. I found the Verizon network in general to be slightly lower on latency, but it tends to not stay stable at one point. It can jump between 420 - 520 the whole time... not staying constant on one figure like SAIX. I found the SAIX network to constantly sit stable on around 620 - 680 MS without budging.

As a active raiding player, its saved my butt a few times when the latency sucked on one network.
