SAIX ADSL down in Alberton?

I'm in Pretoria (North) and I can't connect to any international sites :(
 
my int been generally slower than usualy to some sites...

I can actually access some sites like Google. The ones I can't access I can ping. Interesting..
 
I'm also in Pretoria (North)... Can't use my openweb(local only) account but webafrica(local only) and nexus works fine...??? :confused:
