    Very poor service indeed. If i had known this i would have definitely bought another brand. System was only live for a month when the fault popped up and inverter stopped working.

    i am finding it difficult locating the adapter plugs locally for a lenovo (type c to 5mm cable/adapter) and dell laptop(7.4mm to 5mm cable/adapter). Enquired with the sellers of these Ratel 8100 and their response is they do not have any other cables other than what is provided with the product.
