    3 of my family and my own Vuma Reach line in CPT went down at 3h20, one restored but mine and the other two remained down, no red lights on the ONT and restarted it hasn't helped. Trace attached. Aware of any maintenance or outage?

    @AfriFella @Afrigirl @AfriGuy - my mother-in-law is having no luck with the standard support process so thought I'd reach out here for some assistance pretty please :) her property has Vuma Reach via Afrihost which was registered in her tenants name/account. They have since left on a sour note...

    Nope, it is my mother's link, I cancelled it basically for a month and now trying to reinstate it again. I handle the "IT" stuff for her :)
