Hi yes but I have had issues in the past where it's taken days to address the issue. This is the third time this year. I need it to be resolved promptly.
Thank you. It seems like the connection is there again but the issue is with the router as one of the lights is out. It's extremely important that my line is up and running again tomorrow so it would be preferable if a new router could be delivered tomorrow if it does need to be replaced
