I have been getting the worst service from Rain, they refuse to acknowledge that the sim is faulty.
A very inexperienced technician was sent through to me to resolve my 5G Rain service. So inexperienced in fact that I had to show him how to log into and navigate the interface of the router...
I need assistance from Rain Support urgently.
I have 2 sims (one is an unlimited 4G and the other a standard 5G). The 4G is working fine, the 5G was working but now refuses to work. It says registration failed.
This is highly frustrating.
