Need help - Gioteck VX2 Wireless Controller

Hey,

So I have two Gioteck VX2 Wireless Controllers for PS3 and the USB dongles have broken/stopped working.

Can anyone give me advise on;
- where I could get these replaced,
- if I can get them repaired or give me advise on how to repair these myself.
