    Update on the above a new ticket was once again logged yesterday and my VoLTE/VoWifi is working again this morning on my Telkom SIM card. Lets hope it is permanent this time and doesn't stop working again after a couple of days.

I came right on TelkomSA twitter support explained the issue had to really spell it out for them with a ton of screenshots and explanations, but they logged a technical ticket yesterday afternoon and this morning both VoLTE and VoWifi is now provisioned correctly...

    Thanks @Tector will give it a go via social media channels. Pretty strange that it needs to be manually provisioned for some numbers and not others but ya is what it is I guess. Like you said they don't understand their own offerings.
