    There is a number of FNO's Octotel, Frogfoot, Openserve and Vumatel , they are suppose to lay the foundation and that's it. if its planned maintenance, give notice, and dont ask me to restart the router and check which lights is on. ADSL with copper line theft did not give me this much down...

    experienced good internet for at least 4 hours yesterday. I knew after the power came back on 8:30 in Westridge its gonna be a problem.

    this is mind boggling, optical fiber once setup correctly is pretty solid compare to LTE. It could be too much third party involvement??

    the inconsistence connection is bad as we working from home, but at least there is communication and updates. my previous service provide(s) had none of this. the last two calls I logged is till open...

    one would expect fibre to be more stable, my old telkom wifi router give less issues. and this is the telkom that dropped me with netflix
