The CPT degraded service is resolved. The notice is still up due to a permanent fix that is still being implemented.

Vuma Reach is doing changes tomorrow morning between 4am and 5am. It's currently not affecting services.

There is an issue where a failed payment triggers the service to go down. We log these issues for Aex to attend.
