Offspring moved to farm in Heidelberg, good LTE. Decided on R269 "May special" Fixed LTE with MF286R.
Incredibly, MTN could not locate the position on their own map (I could....), and the deal fell through, as they could not allocate a Fixed LTE slot.
So now I am stuck with H220M "mobile"...

I used to log on to this site (with primary number), a little drop box on the side let me choose which one of my contract numbers to interact with, I would add a bundle...
Old thread, but suddenly relevant to my situation. DWM-157 is 3G. DWM-222 is 4G, and works with Rain, but not with Technicolor TG789vac v2, which Does support 157........ So: Does 157 support Rain?
Thanks! I was hoping that those two questions would have been solved by someone, but it appears not :-( ie Which Dongle works with TG789, or which router works with DWM-222. This exact information is incredibly difficult to track down...

When C-fibre has hiccups (fairly often), the Technicolor TG789vac V2 router has a USB dongle switchover function which does NOT work with my D-Link DWM-222 LTE dongle connected to Rain.
I can get my Linux box fired up to the Rain Dongle, but the rest of the house sits without.

Has anyone actually got this combination to work?
Router as supplied by c-fibre, Rain SIM in DWM-222 works under WinDoze, but not as a ``fall-back'' LTE connection when fibre goes down. Any Hints appreciated. Surely someone out there uses this combo?
