    It all boils down to sport. I don't think anyone is trying to stream/ watch Big Brother Africa. Sport is DSTV's draw card. The Olympics are on now and the free offering by SABC is shocking so DSTV is the only viable option for me besides youtube and the odd facebook live option :)

    When last did you get a free speed upgrade? I remember during the COVID era, Afrihost doubled your fibre speed for 3 months. This also happened normally during the holiday period. It was only for a short period but it was a speed increase nonetheless.

    I am in the same boat.Signed up to the 200mb/200mb BF deal offere and then I got a message 6 months later to say they are increasing my fees by almost 95% I contacted the ISPA for mediation in the matter.I don't mind a 10% -15% increase for the remaining year but a 95% is ridiculous.
