    Vodacom fibre - throttling speeds on Google services

    Do you have any idea what they did to solve this @Mr M ? I noticed this about two months ago where I can't stream a youtube video on 240p despite having a 100/100 and now 200/200 line. Will definitely open up a ticket though.

    Vodacom - Speed increase after 1 year

    Strange - since I've received my upgrade to 200/200 - I suddenly can't load youtube videos. Everything else, including speedtest.net all shows no signs of slow down. Yet I cannot load a youtube video on any of my devices. I'm not sure if the new speed comes with some other restrictions maybe?

    Fibre - Faerie Glen (TelkomGuy?)

    Hi everyone, I tried ordering fibre from a Telkom store and they advised me to call 10210. Ironically our ADSL went down this morning and I had to call to log a fault anyway. I easily get through to the technical/support department but when trying to get to Sales, the call keeps dropping...
