I tried ordering fibre from a Telkom store and they advised me to call 10210.
Ironically our ADSL went down this morning and I had to call to log a fault anyway. I easily get through to the technical/support department but when trying to get to Sales, the call keeps dropping. I also tried calling support and being redirected.
I would just like to know how/where everyone else orders fibre from telkom?
