    Got told the same by Axxess support today for a new line (cannot switch ADSL to VDSL - utter rubbish of course and yeah long weekend ) AS per the Openserve tech , any line not 40 Mbps will automatically be classed as ADSL You should see a bump in upload speed when it is VDSL
