    I actually know that IS do not shape at all on there ftth(webafrica etc use) unless the network is under heavy congestion, but this is unlikely as they have plenty of transit bandwidth. I like that Cool ideas peer with Hurricane electric aswell as IS, but i can see majority of their transit...

    I guarantee this wont be related to cool Ideas, all the "dns" providers are having an issue with hulu at the moment, the only guys who managed to fix it was smartdnsproxy, and they only fixed it yesterday.
