So i thought id share my experience with fibrehoods here as i am honestly about to pull my hair out.
So Fibrehoods was contracted to do our complex in north riding, after taking 3 weeks to install at the gate, they told me the junction box is not working and had to go back, this happened 3 times.
Then they scheduled to install into all the units, firstly this is how they tried to install the fibre(before i made them change it)
Then they left and the Light on the ONT was red saying no LOS
Then they send a maintenance team out on the Saturday to investigate, he finds that none of the units are getting a good enough signal from the main box at the gate, so that team needs to come out again.
That team came out yesterday and says there is no issue.
I get an email from my ISP and fibrehoods to say all is active, as well as the invoice.
Get home and surprise surprise the LOS light is still on and nothing is working.
Does anyone have any idea how i can escalate this further.
