I pray you don't have that ugly dirty screen effect and motion smearing(mostly appears red. Easily noticeable in low light scenes. ) Otherwise that should be a steal at that price if those things do not bother you.
Does your panel have dirty screen effect or red motion smearing ? If it does not than my guess is that the 65 inch tv's don't have those motion issues because they use a different chip.
