Try turning it on and then off again. What is the latest firmware for U7QF? Experiencing quite a bit of jitter in certain scenes, especially animation.
Fast motion is switched off.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Pixelation could be caused by the stream, perhaps you weren't getting the best stream.Starting to think this might be a panel issue.
Watching 4K content in Netflix is pretty underwhelming. Dark scenes look super pixilated and some brighter scenes as well. This is when looking at the image from about 1m. Not sure if I'm ment to that. TV is about 3m from our couch.
Hoping on to YouTube's 4K section is super pleasing. Don't know what's up with that .
Not too much experience in TV's and I'm also starting to think that I might be expecting way to much from a budget 4K TV
Using a TV box?Prime UHD videos has the same pixelated, washed out effect.
Still can't really understand why YouTube UHD content is amazing.
Any suggestions?
I watched Tomorrow War perfectly fine on my line and it was 4k, also used the Hisense app.If I can add some weird experience I get with 4k content on a LG OLED TV. TV connected via WiFi. Using the webos built in apps, if watch 4k content on Netflix or YouTube , it's amazing. On my internet connection, I can see the TV pulling down at least 20-30Mbps.
Open Prime , and try to watch any 4k content - super pixelated and it takes a while to get to great quality (if ever). Based on content I was watching - some old - it appears this content is not hosted in South Africa data centers (which is odd as we have AWS here) and it takes a while for the content to catch up. Internet connection show as 1-4mbps.
Fresher content on Prime appears to not suffer the same issue but it happens . I had to go to the high seas to get 'the tomorrow war' in 4k, because the service I pay for doesn't work well on my TV (and it's the app / service related)
It's actually ridiculous how bad the prime app is on the TV considering , there is a dedicated prime button on the remote. Can't wait to get an apple 4k TV, BF can't come soon enough
Very, very bizarre, but yeah try an external source?Prime UHD videos has the same pixelated, washed out effect.

You've waited a year. They will want to repair itI have the Hisense q8600 plagued with dirty screen effect and light bleed when local dimming feature is switched off. I accepted the flaws but with the most recent software motion became also useless. When ultra smooth motion is turned on in fast moving scenes there would be motion artifacts in lighter scenes and red ghosting in darker scenes. On the 29 July the tv will be 1 Year old would like to know from the community what will takealot say if I request a refund and also I don't have the box anymore. That is way too many problems to call this a decent product for the money spent. Please let me know if anybody had any experience with returning something without the box and also regarding TV's with these kind of issues. Thanks.
Its not an entire year yet but what happens if they are not able to fix it ? I'll be sending it in to fix the DSE also because its very bad. You've waited a year. They will want to repair it
If they can't fix it then maybe a refund yeah. I had a Sinotec fail after a year and half and Game refunded me. But it took 3 weeks. Its not an entire year yet but what happens if they are not able to fix it ? I'll be sending it in to fix the DSE also because its very bad.
Similar issue here. Ads also making the app freeze.Hi Everyone,
Anyone know whats the latest firmware for a 55N3000UW?
Mines says V0000.00.00.J0522.
Im having issues with the YouTube app constantly freezing after like 15 mins of playing.
Thanks for the heads-up. I have to wonder if the website is incorrect though. The U7G has a 120hz panel and full HDMI 2.1 support according to all other websites.
Rtings reviews the US models which are different (and superior) to the international models that we receive here in SA. The UK gets the international models like us so HDTV Test channel on YouTube should provide a more accurate review once they get ahold of the international modelsThanks for the heads-up. The U6G doesn't have a 120hz panel or have HDMI 2.1 inputs. It seems to me that they've gotten their specifications mixed up between the two models. Unless the ones we get here are different for some reason
