The GLX has LED projector headlights - the control modules are built into the headlight. Weird design, but probably done to save costs.
I'm guessing it doesn't have traditional "bulbs" either (based off what I know from my Audi's LED headlights).
Update: The Suzuki dealership where I purchased the car could not find the issue, predicted:
They sent it off to be assessed by Suzuki SA HQ who have determined that both headlights on the car need to be replaced (under warranty, thankfully).

Nah, it's not the regular automatic on/off dimming that you'd expect in low light conditions. Definitely a quality / electrical issue. It almost looks like individual LEDs in the headslights are turning on and off.
