    All my other vehicles are insured, and I understand how valuable it is to have insurance. My main point is not about what happened, but more about finding a respectable attorney in Cape Town that deals with this type of things.

    The main reason why the vehicle have no insurance is because I bought it in December, we in an accident in January while busy preparing it for Roadworthy and on to my name, it is however road legal until November. Since the driver of the vehicle were driving a company car, I have to sue the company.

    Thanks for the letter, I'll look into it. My Quotes at high is +/- R29K at low less than 27K, they offer R12500.

    Vehicle is not insured, i got several quotes, I explained to 3rd party insurer that my vehicle cannot be repaired with their offer, as it is less than half of quoted amount. I even offered to supply most of the parts, out of own pocket. They persist with their offer.

    My vehicle were in an accident while parked, no occupants. I have spoken to the Company that caused the accident 3rd party insurer. They made me an offer, but it is less than half of what it will cost to repair. Their offer will neither repair nor replace my vehicle. What am I to do?? Any help...
