i have been following your comments in the thread and I have exactly the same problem as my washing machine (defy front loader) goes on but I can not select any program after loadshedding I presume hit because I had zero problems before then. I had a guy look at it and he said it is the control board (PC board).

Can you let me know how I can go about getting the letter for insurance? As I wont be able to fix it my
