They're supposed to deactivate it, i cancelled it on their website, there's no button for deactivating the sim, only cancellation.
Everything else offered by rain is pro-rata, so why not cancellation too?

So there aren't that many people using in my area, so there's no point in throttling the speeds and displeasing their customers. I switched from the off-peak unlimited to the 24/7 unlimited deal, and I am so frustrated with the slow speeds i'm getting. I would understand why they would throttle...

So I tried to block roaming on my sim several times this week but it just refuses to work, everytime I try it, it says "sorry, the service is unavailable, try again later". What do I do to fix the problem?
