I no longer need my Straight Up 50 Top Up account and have been trying to submit a support ticket about cancelling it, but my query has not shown up in my support ticket history, so that doesn't seem to be working. Is there some way I can caancel without making umpteen telephone calls?

I also tried to submit these results on my Afrihost ClientZone, but couldn't submit the information when I pasted in all of the results, so I referred the support technician to this thread.

I logged a support ticket over the weekend in which I reported that although I can still browse and stream, my downloads from STEAM, GoG, and the Epic Store stall within a few seconds of beginning. I was prompted to run tracert and returned my results on Sunday. I have had not had a response...

The Service and Broadband LEDs on my fibre box are still off, though. I contacted Afrihost yesterday evening [we had loadshedding from 15H00 to 18H00] to notify them of this, and sent a photograph of thee lights on my fibre box as requested. I hope that this can be sorted out...
