    Thanks Afrigirl. My MAC and account details are being sent over your way now. I was unaware i needed to do any sort of activation (activate.afrihost.com)... Mine just worked out of the box.

    I had an issue on Monday night where my router stopped getting an IP Assignment via DHCP. I figured it was a frogfoot issue so just left it overnight. Next morning the problem persisted. When i plugged my laptop into the ONT the problem stopped. AH was happy to assign an IP to my laptop but not...

    Telkom duplicate sim (For non concurrent use in a second phone)

    Hi. I have my main sim with Telkom (On an old no longer offered unlimited plan). If I have two phones that i do not use at the same time. Is their any way for me to get a "duplicate" sim so that i do not have to constantly switch out the sim's when i switch between the two phones.

    If I submit an email to afrihosts SMTP server... it follows that the message will not be signed and will not align with SPF? Am i mistaken?

    That would be ideal... That is potentially what I am asking for. Afrihost phone support was fairly unhelpful.

    Good day We are trying to get outgoing telkomsa internet to work on a new afrihost fiber line. From my understanding, it is not working because Afrihost blocks port 25 (because they are responsible and do not live in the 90s) What is the work around for sending email from a telkomsa email...

    So that I can play around with self hosting a mail server. Would I ever use it as a production mail server ... probably not, Absolute Hosting is where my email lives right now and it's dirt cheap and mostly managed for me. I would like to play around with email a bit just so that i can learn...
