They never changed anything, just asked if my bank account was still in use and I confirmed it was and then they asked if I was sure, which I obviously said yes too and then they read me the press release but did say I would be getting my refund shortly.- BDP101

Checked my SOA this morning and it had changed and given a refund date. Also submitted on the 1st. Have to mention though that I did spend all day yesturday on hold and eventually spoke to someone at 4pm. :eek:- BDP101
