    Mate go renew your license and wait for the printer to come fr Germany like the rest of us. No fines will come up. Speaking from experience, renewed mine a few weeks ago and I am in the printer line now.

    Has anyone seen any proper black friday deals? I am talking 60/70/80% off from the original price. I saw a TV we bought a month ago selling for... You guessed it same price but listed as a black friday special with a mega misleading discount of R3 000 off the original price. Same store...

    I think their phone support is a bit better but it is really hit and miss. Depends who you get, but I have never really got good support. Look at the axxess lady here on the forums... That forms part of customer support. Email tickets are customer support. But anyways, phoning helps but not all...

    You have never been more wrong than this. My ticket is still open and not even responded and NO I will not single myself out. Best you respond ALL open tickets and when you get to mine I will give you credit.

    I must say this sounds exactly like what I got, except I get this over the phone too. I am quite shocked at the lack of problem solving skills that they have there. Really sad.
