    loadshedding situation not fair

    there has been a great concern over loadshedding, with citizens once claiming that loadshedding only affects the less fortunate. Some people, including me believe that loadshedding should only be initialized on places that can afford it, for example places like Sandton, summerstrand, clifton etc...
