    Google released Beam basically just transfers via NFC back then think it was 2011, which is what the galaxy s3 mostly used. But most of the time it was very hit or miss, and bluetooth was just better. At least in my experience.

    OneDrive folder status

    Had the same problem a couple of weeks back, was a couple of small hidden temp files that caused the syncing icon to stay like that, even though everything, like yours, was there. I left everthing as is and gave no more attention to it. The problem went away on its own.
