    Rain slow speeds and poor support explained

    I’ve just installed Vodacom fiber in my flat. I signed for a speed of 40 with upload of 10. When they installed I explained that there were two routers when I had Vodacom previously( I cancelled Vodacom a few months ago due to shocking service) I was told by the tech he would return in two weeks...
