Hi, as mentioned before the provider is not set up as a PPPoE, and thus has not supplied me with any Username and Password. Its a plug and play solution. So once I plug into the wall I should have access to the internet, which is what does happen, just not on a concistant basis over my Wifi...- Blaupunkt
