Help!! Cant get fiber
So vumatel finally gave me somwhat of good news Vox just has to place the order on same adress but with a A or B in address then they can do a new installation, but now vox says if they have to place an new order i wont qualify for the installation and activation promo lol headache- Bouqs81

Hi please can someone assist, so i moved into a new house with a fibre line already installed and did the order etc, now they say previous owner must first cancel his order. The problem is that the previous owner still ows the isp monies which he refuses to pay as he said he did not receive any...- Bouqs81

Hi guys please i need some assistance, so i moved into a new house that already has the fibre box installed but the previous owner needs to cancel his subscription first.
