    To make things short, in the early hours of 4th May 2024 my friends phone was stolen. I helped her call Mtn to get the number and the phone/IMEI blocked. They blocked the number but then told us that the IMEI number can only be blocked after 7am. Has anyone heard of this? Is this true? It...
