I'd love to know how we cannot have a stable connection for at least 24hrs. It's been down again for the last few minutes and counting.

Working from home is a PAIN when you need a stable internet connection. We have a backup MTN sim card that has saved our arses so many times. How our old copper connection was more stable than the current fibre connection is amazing.

No one would mind paying reasonable increase if they actually were reasonable. We already know the Eskom workforce is 50% inflated. So get rid of half those people already.

Honestly this is terrible. They need to be held accountable for this. They are down so often one needs to have a backup connection for work / important matters. How can they legally charge us fully and shaft us this much? Best effort se moer. They should be legally challenged.
