9 months and no response from Rain
So 9 months of Rain and no assistance or refund of my money instead they keep asking for my email - they respond quick on socials but when you speak to them personally they take weeks to respond - it’s the samething - I’ve honestly had it - if someone can suggest a higher place to report this...- Broadband User

Why does Rain choose the people it response to - I have had an issue with them for over 7 months - I keep getting useless responses - I am going to tell people in all Socials as I have been to not use Rain - its not worth it - once it does not work - you just have to accept its your money gone -...- Broadband User

Broadband is not Rain’s strongest suit ( I rate them weak in all they do).
This is probably the 5th group I’ve joined since buying the Rain 5G and I seem to be still struggling with my coverage in the Buccleuch, Sandton.
