    And still @AfriNatic and @cell-c keep on asking the same stupid questions to the users.. "Are you still experiencing slow speeds?" Etc.. "Please log an incident" Support, follow through and lack of a fix is shocking..

    This seems to be my experienc on Afrihost Cell C too.. refresh x 3 to 5 eventually delivers the expected result.. it is a pathetic service and i constantly advise my network of friends and people i meet not to make the same mistake and sign up for this ****

    Hah Ha I have to laugh.. cellc support told me to switch router off if I don't need connection, So that when I switch it back on it might connect to a less congested tower.. the creativity in their answers, hilarious.. I logged 2 or 3 tickets with Afrihost, autoresponder mail comes back as high priority/critical.. and today I got my 1st response after a week where the support consultant was adressing...
