    Help! I've received my Rain 5G router and Sim yesterday but still no activation even thought its been over 24 hours

    As I said in the title, Router and Sim was delivered yesterday at 12:27pm but still no activation. I've called their customer service and they said they'll put a ticket through with their network support team but it'll take about 5 hours. Can someone please advise me on what to do now?
