I went straight to vumatel head office and the issue was solved but the ISP still send tells me that there's no feed back from vumatel and they twice cancel my service without even notifying me.
I had to contact them...
No they don't have to cause is prepaid if I don't pay they shut their service as they did. Then when I come back they must do the right thing open the service everyone will be happy.
